Meet Tonya Marie: Trauma-Informed Coach & Energy Guide for Women
About Me
Hi! I’m Tonya Marie, Founder of Sacred Instinct
I’m a mom, mystic, and woman who knows what it’s like to quietly unravel under a life that no longer fits.
For years, I did everything “right.”
I was the good wife, the good mom, the one who held it all together even when I was falling apart. But behind the smile, I was exhausted, disconnected, and carrying pain that no one could see—not even me.
I didn’t grow up trusting my intuition. I didn’t have language for energy work or trauma patterns. I had survival strategies, people-pleasing, and a deep fear of being too much and not enough—at the exact same time.
But something inside me refused to stay silent.
The first time I experienced Reiki, I expected nothing. What I felt instead was a spark—hope, presence, something real. It led me down a path I never planned, one filled with energy work, Human Design, the Gene Keys, and a complete reimagining of how I live and lead.
Today, I help other women who feel like I did—burned out, spiritually dry, quietly unraveling—to come back to the truth inside them.
Not with a formula. Not with another to-do list.
But with trauma-informed coaching, Reiki for emotional healing, and intuitive systems like Human Design and the Gene Keys.
Because I believe you already know what you need.
You’ve just been conditioned not to trust it.
Sacred Instinct isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you remember who you are beneath everything you were told to be.
This is quiet work. Brave work.
The kind that reclaims your rhythm, your power, and your right to choose differently.
I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to walk beside you.
As a Reiki Master, Certified Life Coach, and Human Design Guide, I blend formal training with lived experience to create a space where truth, intuition, and quiet power rise together.
What They Say
Tonya showed me there is beauty in all the hot mess moments. She showed me how awesome being curious is and how much you can learn about yourself.
I hated myself and everything about me. And, now I don’t. I feel like I am stronger. I feel calm and together. I like me!
Not everything I thought was wrong was wrong. It was right for me at the time. I started taking care of myself, putting myself as #1 on the list. I’ve learned how to let things go and relax my expectations of myself which has given me more time for more important things
